My name is Mar and this is my blog and podcast. This blog and podcast are being created for all the people who have problems. We have all been through bad experiences. Many of us have had those nights where you just wish tomorrow would never come because you cannot face the problems. I have been blessed to have a wonderful family and friends who came to my aid at times like that, I would like to be able to be someone you can count on to listen to you when things are getting to be too much. I have been there and I know how you feel. I am confident that many others will find this site and join in to encourage you to choose hope and not let despair win. Enjoy The Moment

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."
